Happy Weekend!

:: I was seriously dreading this week, but it hasn't been as bad as I thought it would. I have (and am)  procrastinated/-ing like a pro, but everything is slowly getting done in its own time. 
I'm leaving straight after class tomorrow for Georgia, spending the weekend with my boyfriend, my sister, and lots of friends. Here's hoping you have a loverly weekend too!

Camping Outfit

:: I spent this past weekend in the mountains of West Virginia camping with friends. We do it every year or so and it's a ton of fun. This year wasn't as frigid cold as years before, so that was great! It was the perfect chilly temperature for camping in the mountains. Today I found Free People's Great Outdoors clothing line. Every piece is perfect for camping! If I come across a significant amount of money and decide to go camping again, I'll be sure to come here to find my wardrobe. 

Here are some of my favorites:

:: Love the cuffs on this thermal shirt. It's perfect for layering too.

:: Red flannel and camping go together like Alfalfa and Darla.

:: Some warm gray cords

:: Fancy legwarmers are a must.

:: I've never really liked boots with fur, but these look like they'd be so cozy and warm.

And when I'm camping, that's exactly how I want my toes to feel.

:: Ello There is the cutest little Etsy shop filled with the sweetest wedding invitations around. They also have wedding posters which I think is an awesome idea.

Frozen Records

:: Can you believe that there are people out there who dream up ideas like this and then actually create them?! These frozen records were created by artist Claudia Märzendorfer.  The best part is they actually play -- for about 10 minutes, and then you've got a puddle of water on your hands.

But still...talk about creativity.

These pictures are pretty much how I felt this morning. I have so much school work due this week and it all, for the most part, needs to be finished tomorrow. But I'm finding it hard to stay grumpy, because little things keep happening that make me smile. Don't you just hate it when the world won't let you be a grump?
